Our attorneys offer comprehensive legal services in a number of legal fields:
Commercial Litigation covers a broad spectrum. Examples include: employment discrimination claims, defense of fraud, TILA and consumer claims, defense of labor and union suits, breach of contract suits, collections, claims by lending institutions, landlord and tenant matters, injunctions to enforce restrictive covenants, mortgage foreclosures, mechanics' lien foreclosures, enforcing employment contracts, corporate or partnership dissolutions, shareholder actions, real estate partition suits, and lawsuits for specific performance for the purchase of real estate.
Family Law includes dissolution of marriage actions (divorce) as well as contested child custody cases, domestic violence matters, adoptions, paternity claims, post-judgment divorce proceedings, pre-nuptial agreements, will contests, guardianship estates and minor's estates.
Personal Injury cases include claims made for bodily injury, wrongful death and property damage as the result of the negligence of someone else. Examples: automobile, motorcycle, train and airplane accidents, professional malpractice, dram shop actions (liquor liability), premises liability cases, work-related injuries, product liability claims, defamation claims, uninsured or underinsured motorist arbitrations, and related insurance issues.
Municipal Law includes the representation of municipal corporations and their commissions as well as the representation of individuals before municipal boards or commissions, including zoning and land use matters, disciplinary hearings, business and liquor license proceedings, and condemnation lawsuits.
Business Transactions include forming corporations, limited liability companies and partnerships; business agreements; purchase and sale of business; leases; employment agreements; purchase and sale of real estate; business and commercial law; contracts; and tax disputes.
Personal Requirements include home purchases and sales; wills; estate planning and trusts; probate and administration of decedent's, minor's and guardianship estates; family partnerships; residential leases; joint ventures and employment and separation agreements.
